Sagery and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sagery, its creators, and its suppliers. All rights are reserved. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. You may use Sagery for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event shall Sagery, its creators, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

This applies even if Sagery has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with Sagery is to stop using it.

We disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

We do not warrant that:

• Calculations will be accurate or complete
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Projections will match actual outcomes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sagery and its creators, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms

• Your breach of any law or rights of others
